Vintage, circa 1916, book written by Harriet Beecher Stowe, published by Barse & Hopkins in New York, and illustratrated by Hugo Von Hoffsten. It has 63 pages. Considering it's age, it's in fairly good condition. The binding is going to need some repair, for some the pages are loose and the spine is starting to tear. The cover itself is in nice condition, with some wear on the front. The spine is starting to break, there is a stain on the "M" in the title. Some of the pages look a little raggy (not bad), one page is torn about 2" in the back.

Inside the cover, are two signatures verifying the age of this book. The top signature reads: Elizabeth Cachcart From Aunt Mary Christmas, 1916 The signature below that reads: To my dear loving Daughter Carol - August 9 - 1955 Mother

Here is a nice documented piece of history that I'm offering. I hope you can add this treasure to your collection.
