This fabulous dress is old store stock and has never been used. The dress measures 16" from neck to hem, 8" waist, and 10" from waist to hem. The fabric is a rather sheer gauzy-type material with raised white dots and done in a green, blue, and white plaid print. The peter pan collar is a white cotton trimmed in white loops. Matching white loops accent the bodice of the dress. Around the waist is a matching belt. It buttons in the back at the neck with a single button. Inside the neck is the original dress tag and inside the dress is the original paper that was used to display the dress. The original straight pins are still in the fabric.

This dress can either be used as a child's dress or on a doll. I had a matching dress which was used to dress a 25" composition Shirley Temple doll. The dress is in "as new" condition with no stains, tears, or repairs.
