This is a mint in box 8" Madame Alexander Texas Shriner
doll from the 1993 Shriner's First Ladies Luncheon held in San Antonio, Texas. It was a creation of Maxine Evans and
Tanya McWhorter, made especially for the luncheon, and was limited to 1,800 dolls. He has great facial color and a complete,
tagged outfit including a little vest with the "Star of Texas" on the back. He also wears a little red fez.
This is a very hard-to-find doll and books for $450 according to "Madame Alexanders 2002 Collector's Dolls Price Guide
#27". He comes in his original box.
