Tommy is a Limited Edition doll designed by Elke Hutchens and manufactured by the Danbury Mint in 1991. He has a porcelain shoulderplate, arms, and legs on a cloth body. He has stationary blue glass eyes, nice facial coloring, and applied blonde wig in a bob.

He comes dressed in his original rust colored pants, bomber jacket with faux fur collar and wings applique, a white satin ascot, and red flying goggles. In his hand he carries a small wooden plane.

He is in fabulous condition in his original box with certificate of ownership (#C862) and instructions for posing Tommy.
