This is my personal copy and is in very good condition, except the dust jacket is a bit worn. All the pages are fully intact and there are no marks. The book covers tips on sewing for dolls, some embroidery, and instructions on using the patterns from the book. the patterns are full size, so you can just make a copy of any you want to use. The patterns cover doll clothing from 1900 to the early 1970's. It also includes patterns for doll bodies for cloth body dolls or leather body dolls. Stocking and shoe patterns are also included. There are many line drawing and B&W illistrations very useful for dressing antique or reproduction dolls.
