She is made of hard plastic, painted facial features, and still has the original plastic band on her head. She is marked "@1967 MATTEL INC JAPAN" on her head and "@1967 MATTEL INC./U.S. & FOR./PATS PEND./U.S.A." on her back.

She comes dressed in her original mod outfit is pink, green, and white with white boots. Her clothing is in mint condition, never removed from this pristine doll.
