Real Live Lucy Baby was manufactured by Ideal in 1966. She is 14" tall with a soft vinyl jointed body and vinyl head. She has rooted platinum hair, painted blue side glancing eyes, and closed mouth with two teeth. She once had a bottle and it had a magnet in it which would make her head move. Her head bobs (on a weight) when touched or moved.

She comes dressed in her two piece pajamas which are in excellent condition. She is extremely rare and seldom offered for sale.
