White Ballerina Costume made for the 14" hard plastic doll manufactured by Mary Hoyer in the 50's. The long ballerina skirt is made from white taffeta with attached tulle slip. The sleeveless bodice is made of the same fabric, topped with a white netting which also forms the overskirt. It is sprinkled with multi-colored sequins (one is missing). A white ribbon bow with long streamers accents the neckline of the dress. It has never been laundered and has no tears, rips, or repairs. I believe that this costume was made from a kit that was available in the Mary Hoyer stores in the 50's, since it is not tagged. It is definitely Hoyer! Included is a pair of white taffeta panties that are in ok condition.
