Sailor is a wonderful original design bear by bear artist Janet Podell of Seattle, Washington. He is 20" tall, made from long brown airbrushed mohair. He is fully jointed with disk joints. He has black German glass eyes, waxed hand embroidered nose and mouth, shaved extended muzzle, and formed paw pads made from unltra suede. He is stuffed with polyfil and copper pellets for weight.

He comes dressed in his original custom-made blue polyester sailor suit with a front zipper closing. It is trimmed with white braid trim on the sailor collar, sleeves, and side epelets, and white buttons with blue anchors. Around his neck he wears a red satin tie. On his head he wears a matching blue sailor cap with matching white braid trim. He comes with wire rimmed spectacles.
