Mr. Scruffy-Stuffins is an artist original bear designed and made by Susan Weber of WEBBEaR Bears of Illinois. He is 16" tall, fully jointed with a wobble head, a firmly stuffed. He has black glass eyes, shaved muzzle, and hand stitched nose and mouth. He has a metal star on each of his foot paw pads and around his neck, a single large button on a brown string. He is #1 in a limited edition of 1.
