Tiny Chatty Baby was manufactured by Mattel in 1963. She has a hard plastic torso with vinyl arms, legs, and head. She is marked:

She has rooted platinum blonde hair still in the original set with no trims, haircuts, or missing plugs. She has clear blue sleep decal eyes with all lashes, nice facial coloring, brown brows, and pink lips. Her body is in excellent condition, but has a few small marks on her left arm. They come out, but that up to the new owner to try. Her overall coloring is even...no faded limbs or torso. Everything matches. Chatty Baby is in fabulous condition and talks very clear (but she is being sold as mute). She has her pull-string. She has NO paint rubs to her upper and lower lips and teeth. Her body is tight, and she holds all her positions, and poses nicely.

She comes wearing her original turqoise and white romper with white lace accents. Her outfit is in gentle, played with condition, and is still nice and brightly colored. The elastic at the leg area is stretched slightly, but still looks good on her.
