Tiny Chatty Baby, the rare black version, was manufactured by Mattel in the 60's. Now it's almost impossible to find any of the black versions. This doll is being sold as either a fixerupper or a parts doll. She was purchased from the original owner, so has not been tampered with. She is 15" tall with a hard plastic torso and hard vinyl arms, legs, and head. She has many missing plugs of hair on her head and is missing her pull string. Her eyes open and close easily and are clear. She has nice facial coloring.
