Rare 18" Cindy Lou Dress manufactured by Richwood Toys of Maryland in the 50's. This dress is made of the very recognizable red plaid fabric used in Sandra Sue dolls. It comes with a black belt with brass buckle that does show age. What makes this dress so rare is that they never sold the 18" Cindy Lou doll. This dress is old store stock, comes in it's original garment bag, and has the original tag from the factory. The tag is marked "$2.00/18" Doll/Cindy/Lou/Clothes/D-2". If you want an almost impossible part of history to find, here it is.
