Tiny Chatty Baby is a pull-string talking
doll that was manufactured by Mattel in 1963. She is 15" tall, jointed, with a hard plastic body, vinyl arms and legs,
and a hard vinyl head. She has blue decal eyes with all her lashes, nice facial coloring, and rooted platinum blonde
hair with no haircuts or missing plugs. Her left eye sticks and needs help closing. Her limbs match her body with no
discoloration. She has her pullstring and chatty ring but is being sold as mute.
She comes dress in #262 Pink Frill. The outfit is a pink gingham dress with a sheer pink overdress trimmed in white
lace and accented with a blue embroidered flower. Matching panties and pink satin booties with attached white socks
complete the outfit. The outfit is in fabulous condition with no fading, rips, tears, or repairs. This is one of the most
difficult outfits to find complete for Tiny Chatty Baby. She comes from a non-smoking environment
