Ralph Kramden & Ed Norton were popular television characters on the television show "The Honeymooners". In 1950, "The Honeymooners" appeared as a segment in Jackie Gleason's first TV show - "Calvacade of Stars". In 1955, a half hour show called "The Honeymooners", TV's first spin-off ran for one season (39 episodes). The shows went into syndication a few years later and are being aired to this day by stations across the country. Ralph was played by Jackie Gleason and Ed was played by Art Carney. Effanbee created this set of character dolls to commemorate the show. The likeness to the actors is just uncanny.

Ed Norton, #7671, is a limited edition character doll manufactured by Effanbee in 1986 only and is from the "Great Moments in Television" series. Ed Norton was played by Art Carney who was Ralph Kramden's (Jackie Gleason) best friend on the popular Honeymooners television show. He is 16" tall and made of jointed vinyl. His features as well as his hair are painted. He comes dressed in his original gray pants with black belt, white t-shirt, signature black vest, gray felt hat, wrist watch, and black shoes. He is in unplayed with condition, still in his original box with his two original wrist tags.

Jackie Gleason, #7672, is a limited edition character doll manufactured by Effanbee in 1986 only and is from the "Great Moments in Television" series. Ralph Kramden was played by Jackie Gleason who was Ed Norton's (Art Carney) best friend. He is 16" talll and made of jointed vinyl. His features as well as his hair are painted. He comes dressed in his original blue bus driver's uniform, including hat with Gotham Bus Company logo on the front. He is in unplayed with condition, still in his original box with his two original wrist tags.

These dolls are very hard to find, especially as a set. Secondary market value is listed at $650. They are complete, in unplayed with condition, still in their original boxes.

Price: $350.00
