Jeweled Splendor® Barbie®, #14061, was manufactured by Mattel as an F.A.O. Schwarz exclusive, first being offered in 1995. She was commissioned by F.A.O. Schwarz to commemorate their 125th anniversary and is the first in the series. She is one of the few Barbie® dolls to wear a black gown. Jeweled Splendor® Barbie® makes a dramatic statement in this gorgeous floor-length black velvet gown. The bottom of the dress is trimmed in golden braid, accented with colorful "jewels" in F.A.O.'s signature colors. Her bodice is also accented by "jewels", creating a colorful, as well as spectacular, sight. Black pouffed sleeves, a colorful "jeweled" tiara, and golden necklace and earrings complete this exquisite ensemble. Dangling beaded earrings frame her radiant face, while her shimmering, cascading platinum blonde hair is swept up in a beautiful glimmering bejeweled hair piece.

She comes NRFB in her original box with certificate of authenticity as well as the original shipping carton (which she will be shipped in). The box is in amazing condition, as is the doll. She originally retailed at $225.
