Simon the Degree Graduation Hat was manufactured by American Character and part of the outfit for Simon the Degree Whimsie. It is made of black felt and still has the original tassle. It looks like there are some spots of glue along the one edge, but nothing distracting. This is one of the hardest pieces of this outfit to find intact.
