Tree Top Treehouse , #54890, was manufactured by Dept56 and first introduced in 1996. It is from the Snow Village Collection. It was retired in 2004 and is no longer available. Children's tree playhouse nestles in branches of a Jack Pine Tree. A wooden ladder allows entry/exit and a mailbox is attached to the base of the tree. A tire swing hangs from a bare branch. Material is resin. This item comes in 1/2 of the original styrofoam container. No box but in mint condition.
