Princess Diana Bride was manufactured by The Danbury Mint and first offered in 1987. She was made to commemorate the wedding of Princess Diana to Prince Charles. She is 19" tall with fine bisque porcelain head, arms, and legs on a wired cloth body for poseability. She has vibrant handpainted features, beautiful facial coloring, and applied blonde wig in the original factory style.

She comes dressed in her original bridal gown which is the most authentically scale recreated copy of Diana's wedding gown. The attention to detail on this doll is remarkable. Her jewelry is comprised of the Spencer Family tiara & Diana's mother's diamond drop earrings, each of which was reproduced with a genuine ¼ pt. diamond. The train is six feet long & is meant to represent the 25 foot long train of Diana's gown as it trailed down the red carpet of St. Paul's Cathedral during the ceremony.
